A distance healing session offers the same loving intention, intuitive guidance and heart-centered presence as an in-person session, allowing you to receive from the comfort of your own home. Distance healing is the intentional offering of healing energy across time and space through focused awareness, compassion and intuitive connection. While we may not share the same physical space, we remain deeply connected through the subtle energy that flows within and around all living things. This allows us to create a meaningful healing experience wherever you are in the world. What Your Remote Chakra Balancing experience Includes: A brief opening phone call to connect, discuss your intention and gently guide you into a grounded and receptive state. A distance chakra balancing session during which I intuitively work with your energy using crystal healing, chakra balancing and heart-centered energy healing guided by your intention. A gentle text message once the healing has naturally come to an end, allowing you to continue resting and integrating for as long as your body and spirit desire. A Soul Reflection integration email including intuitive themes and impressions from the session, the chakras and energetic patterns that asked for attention, supported practices for continued integration and gentle reflections to carry with you in the days that follow. Every session unfolds differently, honoring your unique energy, intention and what your spirit is ready to receive. Some people notice physical sensations such as warmth or tingling while others experience emotional shifts, vivid dreams, intuitive insights or subtle changes that continue in the days following the session. Others simply experience a profound sense of peace and restoration. There is no right or wrong way to receive.
