Purpose of services
Cosmic Roots Wellness provides holistic wellness services, energy healing sessions, sound healing, crystal healing, massage therapy, chakra healing, educational content, digital products and related offerings intended to support personal growth, energetic awareness, relaxation and overall well-being.

These services are complementary wellness practices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or replace medical, psychological or professional healthcare services.

If you are pregnant, please let me know before your session so I can thoughtfully adapt your experience. Out of an abundance of care, I only offer modified sessions after the first trimester. During pregnancy, I focus on gentle energy work on the upper body rather than full-body hands-on work, always honoring your comfort and well-being. If you have a high-risk pregnancy, pregnancy-related complications or any concerns, I encourage you to speak with your healthcare provider before scheduling your session.

Appointments
Sessions must be scheduled in advance through the approved booking methods: online booking through this website or reaching out to Noelle of Cosmic Roots Wellness personally.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
In order to honor both my time and the energy held for each client, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
​
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost. No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may be charged the full session fee.
​
I understand life happens and unexpected situations may arise. Grace may be extended in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances at my discretion. My intention is always to approach these situations with compassion, mutual respect and understanding.

Late Arrivals
My time is valuable and I also respect my other client's time. If you are late to your session you are welcome to receive whatever time is left yet full payment is still to be expected.

Payment is due at the time of service.

Services
Due to the energetic, personalized and experiential nature of healing sessions, all completed services are non-refundable. Every healing experience is unique and results and experiences may vary from person to person. While sessions are intended to support relaxation, energetic balance, self-awareness and overall well-being, no specific outcome is guaranteed.

My intention is always to approach client care with compassion, integrity and mutual respect. If concerns arise, I welcome open communication so we can find the most supportive path forward.

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products and downloadable content, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
