A deeply personalized 2 hour healing experience designed around the intention your soul is ready to explore. Each Soul Resonance Session is thoughtfully curated using a unique energetic blueprint aligned with your chosen intention. Every crystal placement, tuning fork sequence, essential oil blend, guided meditation and visualization, sound healing experience, color frequency and energetic healing is intentionally selected to create a cohesive and immersive healing journey. Choose from a variety of intentions including Self-Love, Nervous System Balance & Well-Being, Let Go & Be Free, Soul Purpose Alignment, Ignite Your Creativity, Grounding, Calming Anxiety and Healing the Healer. While each session is guided by a specific intention, there is always space for the wisdom of your body, energy and soul to lead the experience in meaningful and unexpected ways. Your journey continues beyond the session through a personalized Integration Kit filled with supportive resources such as journal prompts, affirmation cards, guided meditations, healing frequency playlists, self-care practices, gratitude exercises and other tools designed to help you nurture the insights and awareness that emerge throughout your integration process. These sessions are designed to support self-discovery, remembrance, personal growth and deeper connection with your authentic self. This 2 hour session includes time to connect beforehand, discuss your intention, experience your personalized healing session and receive grounding and integration support afterwards.
