There is a unique kind of love found in caring for someone you love. It asks for your time, your energy, your heart and often pieces of yourself you didn't realize you were giving away. As someone who spent over a year caring full-time for a beloved family member, I understand the quiet weight of caregiver burnout, compassion fatigue and the way your own needs can slowly drift to the bottom of the list. This offering was created from that experience. The Caregiver Sanctuary is my way of giving back to those who spend so much of themselves caring for others. It is an invitation to rest, to be nurtured and to receive the same compassion and presence that you so freely offer those around you. As part of my Caregiver Sanctuary Initiative, I offer a special community care rate for individuals who are currently providing ongoing unpaid care for a loved one. Those who spend so much of themselves caring for others deserve a space where they can simply receive. The Caregiver Sanctuary was created to honor the quiet, often unseen work of family care giving by offering accessible healing sessions to those carrying this sacred responsibility. You don't have to rush. This time belongs entirely to you. Curated especially for those who spend so much of themselves caring for others, this 90-minute experience offers a gentle opportunity to rest, receive and reconnect with yourself. Through an intuitive blend of energy healing, sound healing and crystal healing, you are invited to simply soften and allow yourself to be held. For the next 90 minutes, you don't have to take care of anyone else. This offering is available for individuals who currently provide ongoing unpaid care for a family member or loved one. No documentation is required, only the trust that if these words resonate with you, this space was created with you in mind.
