Integrative Energy Healing Session

Service Description

A deeply relaxing and restorative healing experience designed to support balance, alignment and overall well-being. During this Integrative Energy Healing session, crystals are placed on and around the body while you receive energy healing with sound healing instruments incorporated throughout the session. Each session is tailored to your individual needs while creating a space to rest, reset, reconnect and receive. The 90 minute session includes time to connect beforehand, discuss your intention, experience a 75-minute healing session and receive grounding and self-care recommendations afterward.
