Thank You For Honoring Our Time Together
Please give at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or miss an appointment, unless there is an unforeseen emergency. Please don't hesitate to cancel your appointment if you are sick - it will prevent the spread of the illness and we want you feeling your best for the session! A missed appointment fee may apply if the 24 hours notice is not given. You are responsible for payment at the time of service.
When To Arrive
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so we can have plenty of time for your intake and give you the full time on the table that you deserve.
Late Arrivals
My time is valuable and I also respect my other client's time. If you are late to your session you are welcome to receive whatever time is left yet full payment is still to be expected.
Self - Care
After receiving any kind of bodywork or energy work I recommend giving yourself free time after our session to rest and integrate. It's wonderful to go on a walk in nature, take an Epsom salt bath, read a good book, meditate, anything that is nourishing and comforting to your body and soul. It is very common for detoxification symptoms or emotions and "old stuff" to surface after bodywork and energy healing of the physical body and energetic field. So please be gentle and patient with yourself, it will pass and after it does you will feel lighter, clearer, and rejuvenated!
