Each soul moves through healing in their own way and in their own time. What resonates for one person may not resonate for another and that is part of the beauty of this work. It is an essential aspect of my practice to embrace each client's individuality and the way in which they find healing, hope, peace, clarity and ultimately themselves. Each offering is designed to meet you where you are and support what is ready to unfold.

Rather than striving toward a specific outcome, I invite you to approach these sessions with curiosity, openness and trust in your own inner wisdom. Together we create space for self-discovery in whatever way is most aligned for your soul. This is why I never promise a specific outcome or guarantee a certain feeling as what unfolds is often more magical, meaningful and transformative than we could ever predict.

My Soul Resonance Sessions are my signature healing experiences. They are designed around different intentions and areas of support, helping you choose the experience that feels most aligned with your current season of life. Explore each session's unique focus and trust what resonates with you. 

before your session

To help you settle in and fully receive the experience, please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows space to enjoy a few moments of grounding and ensure we can begin your session on time.

Additionally, please review my cancellation and wellness policies here before booking. By scheduling a session, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

Please let me know if you are pregnant when booking so I can tailor your session accordingly. Sessions are available after the first trimester with appropriate modifications.
