Soul Resonance means using the soul's energy to raise the body's vibration. In these sessions, we are re-connecting and re-aligning you with your authentic self so that you can return to your innate soul vibration.
Each Soul Resonance session combines the healing power of tuning forks, crystals, essential oils, color therapy, guided meditation and visualization, Solfeggio healing frequencies, affirmations, and powerful, transformative chakra balancing and energy healing.
Each program consists of 3 of these sessions and each session builds upon the emotional, mental, physical, spiritual and vibrational shifts and personal growth that were experienced since the previous session.
This 2 hour session includes a 90 minute healing session with time to connect beforehand and to ground you and discuss integration recommendations afterwards.

Vibrational Alignment
Aligning With Your Authentic Soul Vibration
During a Vibrational Alignment Session, Himalayan Bowls, Tuning Forks, a Buffalo Drum and chimes are played on and around your body to immerse both your physical and energetic bodies in vibrational bliss and harmony.
During these sessions, you might find yourself drifting off to la-la land aka the alpha/theta brain wave frequency and this is where the magic happens ~ 7.8Hz is the optimum healing frequency where deep healing, meditation, spiritual experiences and life-transforming moments can occur.
While in this deeply meditative state you are also attuned to the healing frequency of Mother Earth. The result is vibrational transformation where old beliefs, trauma, emotional pain and mental and energetic blocks are dissolved and released.

Crystalline Sound Journey
Rediscover Your Inner Light/Truth***
During a Crystalline Sound Journey you will experience a private sound bath while you lay within a large, beautiful layout of crystals that is aligned with the intention of your chosen program.
By combining the healing power of the crystals, Himalayan singing bowls, Crystal singing bowls, drums, gongs and chimes, you will be bathed in deeply healing vibrations. You will be carried to a deep meditative brain wave state to help release stress and bring harmony and deep relaxation to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels of your being.
The vibrational healing of this session will help clear away blocks on every level of your being while helping you rediscover the Truth of who you are and re-kindle the flame of your power and soul essence.

Holistic Massage
Bridging The Mind-Body Connection
The Holistic Massage session builds upon all the beautiful healing that has been experienced in your program so far and combines several modalities to allow the true, authentic inner you to shine though by healing, releasing and stabilizing the physical body for peace of mind, body and soul.
The focus of this session is to bridge and strengthen the mind-body connection for deeper healing on a conscious level of what emotions, beliefs and energetic blocks have been held in a particular area of your body that we have been working with in the program so far.
You will experience a combination of massage, sound and chakra healing in and around this area of the body as well as crystal reflexology to help clear and balance energetic meridians associated with the area. The result is transformative and nourishing healing of your mind, body & spirit.
This 2 hour session includes a 90 minute healing session with time to connect beforehand and to ground you and discuss integration recommendations afterwards.
Each program includes 1 Holistic Massage Session.
Setting The Space:What To Expect During Your Sessions
During each healing session, whatever energy moves is what you are ready for ~ your healing meets you where you are. You are the one initiating the healing, I am holding space and being a conduit and clear channel to allow the energy to move and guide it where it is most needed.
As we work together, you are held within a supportive, compassionate, safe, empowering space where you can feel all that you need to feel and explore the depths of your being without judgement. You can let go of old stories, beliefs and fears that are no longer serving you and holding you back from your full potential, your joy, your light, your power and from truly deeply loving yourself. You will reconnect and rediscover your authentic self, remembering who you truly are.
Throughout each session as energy is moving, you might experience different sensations such as warmth and tingling, you might see images, colors, receive messages and memories and emotions may re-surface. I encourage you to allow yourself to surrender to the experience, feel what you feel and notice what you notice without judgement but instead an attitude of curiosity, patience and compassion.
If you find yourself drifting off to la-la that is great! That means you are settling into that slow meditative brain wave state where the deep healing and magic happens. If you do settle in that deep, don’t worry you won’t miss anything, you are still receiving the healing on a subconscious level. On the other hand, if you find yourself not drifting off to la-la land that is OK too! Whatever you feel and wherever you are is just perfect, just let yourself surrender and let go.
What's Included In Each Healing Program
Each program includes 6 healing sessions which are outlined in the following section below. Each session is 2 hours which includes a 90 minute healing session with time to connect beforehand and to ground you and discuss integration recommendations afterwards.
I find that time to integrate deep healing work is very important to allow time and space to let emotions, beliefs and energy continue to shift, release and settle. This is why I designed each program to be completed in 6 months where you will receive one 2 hour healing session per month.
The sessions in each Star to Star Healing Program are deeply intentional and the healing modalities and tools used in each are in alignment with the focus of each program.

Choosing Your Star to Star Healing Program

What Happens Once I Choose My Program?
(Once website set up include instructions here - once you choose your program you will receive an email with my online intake form, the program payment contract and several other waivers, journal prompts for I highly recommend completing before and after your program. These journal prompts are a valuable self-reflection tool to take personal inventory of your goals for the program and to reflect on the changes and healing that you experienced through the 6 months. Please complete your intake form before your first session. I will be booking these sessions manually with you as there are some days of the week I only offer certain program sessions. Decide on payment options (in full or monthly), I will get your first Soul Resonance session on the schedule! Once you sign up for your first Soul Resonance session, as part of each program you will receive an Integration Kit after your session to take home with you to support you in integrating the healing and allowing the shifts to integrate with your daily life. You will also receive an email after your session that includes links to specific healing frequency music, guided meditations, book recommendations and self-care practices to support your integration process.
